Dispute Information Reported by Debtpin

Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), you have the right to dispute any information reported to a consumer reporting agency that you believe is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable. If Debtpin has reported information about you, you may submit a dispute using the form below, by email at disputes@debtpin.com, or by mail to Debtpin LLC, PO Box 42177, Philadelphia, PA 19101.

We will investigate your dispute within 30 days of receipt. If you provide additional relevant information after your initial submission, the investigation window may extend to 45 days. You will be notified of the outcome in writing.

Your Rights

You have the right to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information.

You have the right to submit supporting documentation with your dispute.

You have the right to receive the results of our investigation.

If we find the reported information is inaccurate or unverifiable, we will correct or delete it and notify all credit bureaus that received the original report.

You may also file a dispute directly with Equifax, Experian, or TransUnion.
